...change my mind.

This is from reporter Andy Pierotti's twitter feed on 11/03:

"Here’s the deal from Richard Barron/Fulton Elections Chief: Between 40k to 60k will not be counted by tonight. These are all mail-in/drop off absentee ballots. He doesn’t know what the percentage of the total votes that might mean at this point. It’s not due to the State Farm water pipe issue. It’s due to the sheer volume of mail-in/drop off absentee ballots the county received. There was a massive influx. It was anticipated to some extent due to COVID. It’s not considered a delay or due to any malfunction. The county just received a lot of them. "

Has Rudy's team released the full CCTV footage anywhere? Wouldn't it show the pipe burst / aftermath?

I used the open source data from opendataPA to put together a CSV of mail ballot requests by county and party designation, in case that is helpful to anyone (I'm not a data cruncher, but perhaps someone else can assess for any anomalies).

I don't have any other details. Perhaps someone else with more info can weigh in?
