i have never fired a supersonic 300 blk...is their velocity comparable to 5.56? I am assuming those big bullets hit really really hard at that velocity.

nooooooo...blackout is a heavier round that flys at subsonic speeds. Much less velocity then a 5.56 which flys...forever in a flat ark.

not op but I can share my insights. The glass clarity and eye relief is really really good. In fact it is rated in the top 5 best budget scopes for eye relief in a number of publications ( I have a couple other scopes and reflex sights and this is "almost" as quick as a reflex sight)...with the versatility of a medium range scope. They make this in a x8 as well. Also to note last time I checked this scope is very difficult to find.

I am building a 7.5 blackout with a 8 inch suppressor on the end. I am not a super big fan of the shorter build...but I thought that the extra length of the suppressor would compensate for the shorter barrel. it SHOULD be a great all rounder for concealment and longer engagements.
