Trump is not perfect with what he backs (Romney comes to mind), but at least he knows his shit. I forgot who he endorsed for Alabama's open senate seat vacated by Jeff Sessions, but Roy Moore won the primary instead. Even putting the phony accusations aside, he's still a pretty lousy candidate. The Trump-backed Tommy Tuberville on the other hand had no problem winning that seat when endorsed over the disgraced Sessions.

Nope, didn't regret my decision to leave Reddit over Aimee Challenor. In fact, this only validates it further.

Only after letting the complaints stew. Then they issued a non-apology of a statement. Which nobody buys at all.

Fuck Reddit!

I think that the federal government needs to be utterly gutted. And it's certainly not one I would trust to oversee all states' election rules.

They aren't even bothered to do a simple background check? The information was out there, the troon was a public figure and there's even a Wikipedia page. I call bullshit on their complete non-apology.

If we can go a year and a half without federal government, that would be nice.

Clearly he hasn't read the Constitution, even the Bill of Rights. Not only should he be overruled, but he should lose his job and be declared persona non grata in the profession.

It's the fed that needs abolishing. Should've been done years ago, and it's a mistake to begin with.

Either Reddit is stupid in how they handle admin identities, or they willingly accommodate kiddie-fuckers. There is no alternative explanation.

Not going to happen. AGs will sue before it has any kind of enforcement. Also, regardless of what the Supreme Court was made up of, gun control legislation has a poor track record in court.

That said, don't get complacent, write your state AG right away.

My grandma is almost 90, and she recovered through COVID just fine. Experience sucked, but it's nothing I'd be terribly concerned about.

inb4 nothing will come of it because families of the elite are exempt from the law

If this were a fair and just system, heads will start rolling in the NSA and the CIA and FBI will both be dismantled immediately.

Time to sue them for information. Provide full reports. Put up or shut up!

Oh, now you're worried about it?

Ship's sailed, pal! Now fuck off!

Whatever. The FBI still couldn't investigate the difference between their ass and a hole in the ground.

"Uniting" while making condescending comments like that. Yeah, they didn't get it before 2010, they didn't before 2014, they still don't.

Given Dr. Seuss was also recently relevant...

Fun fact: Chuck Jones animated the Private Snafu shorts made for US military cadets, since conveying the message to those struggling to read was a real concern at the time. Dr. Seuss wrote quite a lot of the episodes.

The boycott didn't work last time, sure as hell won't work now.

Gonna head to my local Safeway and get several cans, and donating them to my local food bank like last time.
