Yes; exactly. I stopped donating because this matching gimmick set off my BS alarm. It's one thing not to answer a question that hasn't been asked; it's another thing to not preemptively answer an obvious question. That's what triggered my BS alarm and stopped my donations. I doubt I'm the only kulak that feels that way.
Hopefully, someone within the campaign will see this thread and do something about it. The question has now been asked. A good answer will probably unleash a lot more donations.
Everything I've seen suggests the money must be used to hire back your furloughed workers. Let's imagine someone who has managed to hold on so far by the skin of xer's teeth so xe hasn't yet furloughed xer workers. Must this imaginary entrepreneur now lay off xer workers then rehire them in order to reap the benefits (of the money that was stolen from xer to create this new boondoggle)? How long must the employees be furloughed? Rumor is, some would like a fishing vacation.

This way you're not risking telling even a tiny lie since your congenital condition is having been born a free man / woman / pede not subject to capricious petty tyranny. Alternate explanation is you were born allergic to bullsh**.
