We will never see a Republican president again, at least in my lifetime which still has (hopefully) several decades to go.
Trump's presidency has made it so they won't let it happen again. Anytime someone is even remotely a threat, they'll just do what they did this time again.
It didn't matter when the video leaked of one of their higher ups saying that they didn't actually believe the Russia stuff, it won't matter now.
