The courts absolutely could have stopped it, they went out of their way not to. Attempts to stop the mail in ballots and illegal rule changes early resulted in dismissal because of lack of damages, cases brought after the fact were dismissed because "they should've filed sooner." Laches and standing, every procedural trick they could use to avoid having to look at any cases on their merits, they took. Those were not courts with their hands tied, that was deliberate evasion.
You can say "well, you can't PROVE that" but you can't prove ANYTHING by the left's standards. They can spin things any direction they want with total impunity. But people who know the legal system know what it looks like when a judge is trying to worm their way out of having to make a ruling, and that's exactly what we saw.
But yes, they were caught red-handed, both in the fraud and in their evasions. On camera, in affidavits, in statistical analysis and independent signature examination. If they weren't caught they wouldn't have been covering up windows and keeping observers out of view and out of the buildings. Just because a court wouldn't hear it and the media cries 'Deboonked!' doesn't mean anything. Georgia promised signature verification and completely backed out of it. Maricopa county was subpoenaed to allow audits and refused. They were caught, and they just straight up didn't care, because they knew they had cover.
As long as the media controls the narrative they can always conjure up a "plausible excuse" that idiots will accept uncritically. The media will never report the truth so we have to stop worrying about whether they "approve" of the evidence or not. We lose because we always try to abide by their rules when they never ever return the favor. They lied about Russia, they lied about the election, they lied about Covid, they lied about rioting. That's all 100% provable whether they say so or not. They don't get to be the authority on what is and isn't truth anymore.
You should watch Robert Barnes' analysis of the courts' handling of all the various lawsuits. He's got tons of insight and knows the legal system, and how corrupt it is, inside and out.

I'm pretty sure all that other stuff was Qanon misdirection. Turned the whole thing in to a circus when the evidence for the "boring" regular kind of fraud was totally undeniable.
Imagine the kind of control they have when they can do it so blatantly, get caught red-handed and STILL manage to get away with virtually no consequence. How do you get justice in a system like that?

I've been following him for a while. As far as I've been able to tell, he's been the most rational and correct voice through this entire debacle.
He called Pence's Judas, ACB being a bad pick, Supreme Court not touching any election cases. He even called the steal before it happened. His only off prediction that I've seen so far was that Biden would call to stop the second impeachment for "unity", which could still happen I guess.
His constitutional and legal knowledge has been extremely solid so far.
I think you missed my point. I'm saying throw out all other claims of fraud and this one issue changes the outcome. You don't need Dominion or foreign servers or any of that other stuff. That and all the video of watchers being kept from observing. All the effort to conceal, hide and deny meaningful audit or verification invalidates the results.
Though I'd seriously doubt the honestly of anyone arguing a virtually 0% signature rejection rate, when historically 6% of signatures are rejected, does not prove Trump won. At the historic average of around 6% signature rejection, Trump wins. That's just true. Those were the numbers.
But yes, the fact that they were not allowed at all is really all the evidence that's needed.
A simple and legal signature verification of mail in ballots was all that was needed to give Trump the win. That's it. That margin of fraud was higher than the margin of victory.
It is NOT realistic to admit that Biden won while simultaneously losing every other historical marker of a winning candidate. You just have to ignore too much evidence to entertain that idea.
As far as I know Abbott's mandate is still active but has no "teeth", meaning no fines or enforcement. Where I am, admittedly way too close to Austin, I am harassed every time I go out. It's made my life an absolute hell, either betray your principals or have confrontations.
People here have bought in to it fully. Masks outside; alone in their cars; masks on their very, very young kids. I'm so disappointed in the people here, all too eager to cede their freedoms over groundless and unscientific fear.
I hear there's still places in Texas where no one complies and I wish I was wherever those places are. But none of this would be happening if Abbott hadn't given legitimacy to the fear and authoritarianism with the idiotic mandate in the first place.
I'm just disappointed that at the very least he didn't pardon Assange. That was well within his power and was the right thing to do. It just goes to show either how much they had him by the balls at the end or that he wasn't that serious about holding Washington accountable.
In either case it sucks and is a massive miscarriage of justice.
