I went from thinking Sessions was principled --> thinking he was just weak --> finally realizing he was part of the swamp.
I never trusted Pence for the sole reason that he was picked to get the rinos on board with a Trump presidency. That was always a big red flag in the back of my mind nomatter how good a guy Pence always seemed to be.
Same here. The only one who ever fooled me was Sessions. I stupidly thought he was a good, principled man when in reality he was just another swamp creature. I do think the whole Ernie the Keebler Elf look made him seem more endearing tho...
This place is reactionary af and no matter how many times we get burned by lip service, we always seem to fall into the same trap over and over again. I remember when everyone was singing the praises of Comey after he announced that he was reopening the investigation into Hillary. I got downvoted to hell for calling him a weasel. Not to mention Wray, Barr, the SCOTUS picks, Graham, Mitch, ect. ect.
I mean I love y'all fellow patriots, but it is frustrating as hell to not only see you good people get manipulated like that, but to have some of you turn on those of us who are trying to snap you out of it.
I had it early during the outbreak. It sucked ass and was worse than any time I had the flu, so I could totally see how it could be fatal to someone with a weak immune system like the elderly or a hamplanet who smokes a pack a day. That being said, the severity and deadliness of it was way overblown for obvious political reasons and as an excuse to justify chipping away at our rights. The lockdown should have never happened and only the at risk should have been isolated (not by force).
