So I met this girl from an online penpal subreddit and was surprised to learn she was from Iran of all places. She was very curious about American life as I was about Iran; we got on the topic of women's rights in Iran. From there we got talking about abortion and she argued that it should be a women's right to choose, nobody should force 9 months on the woman, it's not alive, it's part of the women's body, only those involved should decide (not the unborn). This is the same girl that will not kill flies but is okay with the unborn being ripped apart? She admitted that she valued animal life more than the unborn and just as much as human life.
When I said I value human life including the unborn she asked me if I supported America being in Afganistan and Vietnam where they "had no reason" to be. She then shifted onto Trump and said that I cannot support the president and value life. Why? Because Trump threatened to bomb Iran. I asked her if she was against the bombing of Japan if it saved 1 million US soldiers and plenty of Japanese. She thought we did not need to fight Japan, that the USA was just power-hungry. She then asked if I would be okay with bombing Iran if there was a war, like Trump. I said yes if it meant saving lives. She lives in one of the targets that would have been bombed so she accused me of having an ideology that meant she shouldn't be alive.
I tried to reason with her but she was not having it and we said our farewell. Seriously though, she sounded like any white upper-class liberal who hates America. Delusional to say the least, how can someone not be okay with killing a fly but when it comes to the unborn, its just the mother's choice? This is someone from Iran, a theocracy? And oh yeah every war America ever did was to gain power and America is just the devil in the world. At least that makes sense but you know what the scary part is I WOULD NOT KNOW SHE WAS IRANIAN because she sounds like a typical liberal. SHE IS NOT A RELIGIOUS FANATIC but she does not appreciate our way of life. The other thing is, this is how most of the young WORLD view is, take a look at Reddit, that leftwing hellhole helps shape WORLD views on America. When we stand for rights and freedoms in America we stand against a whole world that would oppose us, and hates us at every turn. WE CANNOT LET JOE BIDEN BE ELECTED AND WEAKEN OUR COUNTY. THE WORLD IS WATCHING AND READY TO PREY ON OUR WEAKNESS.
Recently started a job working in the presidents' office of a local college. You would be horrified to see with your own eyes just how bad it is. For example, just the other during our meeting we had a diversity wall to honor diversity, sound great right? Nope, apparently, a "wall" is too triggering so we have to change the name! These are the kinds of things that are going on in so-called moderate colleges! Very few people in education are even remotely close to anything other than "orange man bad" NPCs. I don't want to hide my face when I go to a trump rally or only have an anonymous conservative social media presence. But you have to, these people will ruin your career if they find out you support Trump. Can you relate?
