Portland owns the state of OR, rural areas have no power in a presidential election. Just like CA and WA, OR gives all of it's electoral college votes to the winner of the state majority, which means that Portland, Seattle, LA, an the Bay Area call the shots for the entire west coast. Until the corruption is removed from these states they will remain eternally blue no matter what the people vote.
