Given the crisis free Americans face once the Democratic party assumes control of the Federal government, there are grave concerns regarding the safety and security of the American people due to our diminished Constitutional rights. The following usurpations pose a great threat to our civil liberties and the foundations of the constitution:
-
The removal of free speech across the internet and in many public circles, preventing honest debate, opinions and the sharing of news and ideas. Redress of grievances being met with injury in the form of; loss of employment or sponsorship, reduction or removal from certain forms of networking or communication, and limitations in available sources of commerce. All of these injuries perpetrated by mass social ostracization.
-
The limitations, and in many cases outright elimination of the right to peaceably assemble. This can vary greatly from state to state, county to county, perpetrated by local and state governments. The usurpation of this right has caused; rampant economic injury among ordinary citizens, unequal advantages and concessions to establishments spared from such constraints in each given industry crippling any prospect of competition, and the exacerbation of the first usurpation mentioned in this essay.
The ramifications of the loss of this right extend far beyond it's initial impact, not just by its consistency month after month, crippling the income and sustenance of millions of Americans, but also the insidious toll it takes on; physical and psychological health, social unrest, and the abnormal concessions of power to the state and corporate establishments with dubious interest in relinquishing said powers, and the undermining of religious liberties.
- The proclamation of war against the right to keep and bear arms under the guise of safety and security. In many states the rights granted by the Second Amendment of our Constitution has been severely hampered by restrictive laws that prevent their exercise using meager and derivative technicalities. Furthermore, some states limit the use of firearms for defensive purposes as well as actively disincentivize their procurement by using costly and fatiguing bureaucratic procedure.
While the actions of these states are of grave concern, these are battles that can be hard fought and won through years of tireless efforts by 2A civil rights advocates and the citizenry at large. These struggles however, pale in comparison to the onslaught proclaimed by the new Presidential administration that threatens to alter the very fabric of the Constitution. They wish to impose laws and edicts to; disassemble the firearm and munitions manufacturing industry, confiscate any firearms and magazines deemed dangerous by the state in the absence of nonconsensual taxes, mandatory registrations paid for by legal owners and permissible to future confiscations by associated proposed red flag laws.
In conclusion, each numbered usurpation greatly accelerates the totality of the next in a vicious cycle culminating in the inability of the citizenry to exercise the rights granted to them by their creator and protected by their government by the constitution of the United States of America. Once the first two Amendments in the bill of rights are lost, the rest become unenforceable.
Context for countermeasures-
Open conversation needs to be had on the contingency plan should these usurpations not only continue but exacerbate resulting in the individual citizenry being reduced under absolute despotism. The result of this despotism will inevitably compel entrapped American citizens to take up arms in their self defense and regrettably fall by the honor of their convictions. This will continue to embolden those who seek to impose tyranny and consolidate power, at the same time leave no one to resist them.
The attack on the Capitol on January 6th, in my personal opinion, was the result of a suffocation of civil liberties causing a mass outcry for a redress of grievances. The manner of which it was conducted resulted in the opposite effect as well as giving political leverage to those whom wish to both escalate and accelerate the usurpations imposed upon the people. While it is known that some involved had this effect in mind and others with the desire to merely provoke and escalate, most people following the crowd held good intentions unaware of the implications and inevitable consequences of their actions.
To be clear I do not condone or support the actions of those breaching the Capitol, but I do understand why many of them did it. To add insult to injury their actions will be used to accelerate the agenda of those who would make their concerns and grievances a reality beyond the most pessimistic predictions.
The solution-
Strategic organization is fundamental, violent bravado will only accelerate tyrannical rule which will result in an individual last stand ending in violence. As such we must gather together in open conversation to form a contingency plan and a defense network, a planned organized resistance using lawful means can be an instrumental deterrent to the invasions on the rights of the people. We must prevent armed escalation and further decoupling of the country while at the same time standing our ground and making no concessions to our basic human rights.
My propositions-
I do not wish for my ideas to be the sole contributing factor to any solution but without any proposition this essay would boil down to a list of grievances and opinions.
-
Self sufficiency: Limit reliance of government and corporate establishments, the more independent you are the more prepared you are best these difficult times. Support local and independent establishments, store food and have back up energy for times of need, own medical supplies, own back up basic necessities, own radio for back up communications, and of course own weapons for self defense. It's important to try ones best to produce for yourself, be it; growing some of your own food, producing some of your own energy and making your own products. Making your home your castle is a great start but it's just a start which leads to the next proposition.
-
Securing and participating in a chain of commerce: Despite being self sufficient we cannot be isolationists, in most instances we cannot become 100% self sufficient without making serious compromises. We can however complement each other to a great extent. Many of the websites like The Donald, Gab and Parler among others have been successful in giving us a means to communicate and tastefully exercise our 1A rights, we must establish a chain of commerce that will allow us to sell/trade products be it; food, media, specialty products, carpentry, etc. This plays into supporting your local market, expanding this and opening communications with likeminded individuals will open a secure, reliable and viable option for sustenance. Going further and creating online networks of commerce between communities will secure variety of products and services as well as longevity.
-
Petition a redress of grievances: There is little faith in our Government, our representatives and our institutions. The result is protests and the temptation to succumb to a mob mentality, the so called "black pill". We must avoid this at all cost and unite, organize into a strong body of people and petition our representatives and the government with a redress of grievances. The left plays the game of who screams the loudest, we must exercise the sport of who stands the strongest. An association much like that of the founding fathers who held no ranks of nobility nor positions in parliament is crucial for drawing the burning line in the sand that clearly states our rights shall not be infringed. The founding fathers did not wish to break away from their country but merely demanded that their rights as citizens of their country be honored. When their redress went unheard they doubled down and exercised their rights as a free people. We shall not be content becoming second class citizens to any government or political ideology, we are Americans and we shall make that very clear to them. We stand our ground, never provoke only humbly petition, if they react with violence that is on their hands, we will not promote or act out violence only defend our rights as Americans.
-
Formation of a defense network: Much like communications and commerce being necessary for our sustenance, our mutual defense is equally important. Defense is the key word here, defense implies arms and weapons. These arms and weapons shall not be used as a force of intimidation much less threat of violence. A defense network should act no different than how arms are used to protect your home. Should the rights of the people be infringed to a degree that prevents their exercise in safety and security, a deterrent force must exist. This is not advocacy for vigilantism nor shielding of any unlawful acts not protected by our laws and constitution. If the chain of structures previously enumerated is to hold ground a defense network must be upheld and upheld lawfully as per our civil liberties. This network can consist of lawful individuals protecting thy neighbors and growing into a law abiding civilian militia consisting of ordinary citizens. All while serving as a deterrent force against usurpations that cross the Rubicon. It is important note that this network does not supplant nor undermine the authority of law enforcement officials, merely reinforce the principles of the Constitution should it become necessary for those unable to exercise their rights as Americans to a degree deeming them second class citizens.
Please share your ideas, criticize my opinions and help organize a movement to ensure Americans as people, our families, our neighbors have a future in this world.
