Load your extra capacity magazine clips with 50mm instead of 50BMG so that you can fully utilize the bump stock to take out the orbiting satellites being used to track cow flatulence. It's still legal because you didn't trip the giggle switch on the side, and you didn't use a paperclip to go full-semi-automatic.

Their vitriol for Trump is known. To really learn how intimately China is involved T_D could start filling up with stories about Hong Kong. The virus outbreak stymied the protests, and not much is heard about what's going on with either the protests or the quarantine methods. If T_D's pages alternated between Trump stuff and Hong Kong/Coronavirus stuff, the bug overlords would be working double time.

The question isn't "Has he gone too far?", the question is, "Does he have the constitution to go as far as is needed?" I believe he does.

One of my greatest fears is the under-estimation of this statement. Even the author of the Amendment referenced as the "anchor baby" statute was clear about its role, and it wasn't meant for this current wave of illegals popping out kids on our side of the border.

The foundational beliefs of the Founders of the U.S.A. didn't factor in, nor discredit, the color of skin. The reference of Martin Luther King, Jr. would be so ashamed today. It's no longer about the content of the character, it's only about the color of the skin.

If Social Welfare was ended in the United States of America, I wonder how many people would try to hop a fence to enter.

If I ever won the Powerball or equivalent lotto, I'd drop a few million into the coffers of Tom Fitton's organization. They are on my short list of places worth donating to. Maybe one day I'll be able to cut them a multi-million dollar check, so that they can continue the checks and balances on our government.

At this point in my life, none of this shit matters. My "insurance policy" is, and will remain until my dying day, the Second Amendment. These folks seek to subvert the Constitution in order to enact their wills and desires. That isn't what the Framers had in mind. The world changes, I get that. But this, this is simply seeking power for the sake of power. That is wrong.

Many theories. Who knows? Maybe it's just the natural progression of a Pendulum. Maybe it's just the part of the "Hard Times makes Tough Men" cycle. History doesn't necessarily repeat because the actors change, but it certainly is cyclical because the Theme and Plot doesn't change. Prepare for the worst, Hope it doesn't reach that point. If it does, the world will be hurting. The ultimate outcome reminds me of the ending of "Boondock Saints" where Billy Connelly answers a question with, "The question is not how far. The question is, do you possess the constitution, the depth of faith, to go as far as is needed?" Democrat and Republican are only labels. If you believe in the Constitution, you're an American. And now, we need to fight for our Republic.

I'd love to see this lineup. Not just because they are outsiders. But because they are all men who looked into the Maw of the System, and said "Fuck this, I'm fighting it."

It isn't a fascination with wealth that draws me to this President. It isn't a fascination with success in business, in life, and in politics. By all measure he has lead a full, bountiful life and he has the family to prove it. What fascinates me about this man is that if I go back and watch recorded interviews of him from decades ago, his message remains on the same track. There is no engine switching or track changes. No engineer is taking the mountain pass instead of a scenic valley route. His message has been consistent: he loves this country. I reference movies frequently in my replies (yes, yes, Hollywood be damned). But I'm reminded of a line from "A Knight's Tale" where Heath Ledger is in the stocks and the Black Prince comes to him. The Black Prince says, "Your men love you, if I knew nothing else about you, that would be enough. But, I also know you tilt when you should withdraw, and that is Knightly, too." Trump brings that scene to mind, for me. He tilts, when he should withdraw (according to the current "Rules of Politics" i.e. chickenshit career folks). And, "his men" love him because in spite of everything, he fights.

It makes me nostalgic for the movie "Pump Up The Volume" and the opportunity to broadcast like an EMF pirate out into the sea of Space. No having to pay radio or tv stations to advertise. No censorship. No need to ask permission. Just provide the free waves and surfers will come.

"The airplane and the radio have brought us closer together. The very nature of these inventions cries out for the goodness in men; cries out for universal brotherhood; for the unity of us all." --Charlie Chaplin, "The Great Dictator"

I can't remember where I originally encountered this link. It may have been at r/t_d. But, I found it to be an interesting read.

https://www.thepostemail.com/2019/12/22/scotus-no-articles-of-impeachment-or-a-trial-are-required-for-the-senate-to-acquit-president-trump/

The article talks of the impeachment of a former federal judge, and the resulting 9-0 Supreme Court decision. The case was Nixon v. United States, 506 U.S. 224 (1993). Basically, the Senate can tell the House to pound sand. The Supreme Court has upheld that the Speaker of the House (Pelosi) has no ground to stand on at this point.

I agree, but I wish people would remember one phrase: "consent of the governed." Combine it with the second amendment and it's a recipe for change in dire times. Current career politicians have used their tenure like the old emperors used the title of "Caesar" - neither proven nor earned. I think our last gasp of air will come when even the most die hard critics of Trump will realize that the current circus in the Legislature is purely showmanship about who has the biggest leftist ****.

I think we're winners because we aren't trying to make "republic" and "democracy" synonyms. Instead, we know the meaning of both terms and we welcome all people willing to support our Republic during this time of incessant attacks on it. I think we're winners because we read the Declaration and Constitution and our first thought isn't that it was "written by a bunch of old white men that owned slaves" but instead our first thought is, "This could be the beginning of a better world. Still imperfect, but a good place to start." We're winners because we don't accept the premise that other people should rule us because they supposedly "know better" than we do what is good for us. Thomas Paine wrote a good book about all of this, way back in ancient times.

Just my irrelevant opinion, but I think the "weaponized autism" of the chans has become almost as significant as the printing press. An anonymous group composed of individuals most of society would think of as the "nobody" or "weirdo" in the room, has managed to disseminate absolutely critical information out to all generations. Once upon a time this was a realm dominated by newspapers and tv stations. Now, those same newspapers and tv stations have no idea how to control the chaos. But, the meme-makers don't seek to control chaos, and I think that's why they are winning. For the meme-makers, chaos is more like a water park instead of a stormy sea. The neckbeards ride the slides, splash around, and wake up everyone around them with cannonballs. It's Hillaryious - just like when Trump told her on live tv "you'd be in jail!".

I lurked r/the_donald ever since the 2016 election period. I browse 4chan. I came here knowing mainstream may never hear of it because even though people are like-minded it hasn't, yet, become an echo chamber. I hope it never does. Challenge everything. Question everything. Verify everything. It wasn't Trump's rogue attitude or unorthodox machinations about the establishment that enticed me in. It was remembering individuals serving only until they weren't required, like Cincinnatus, and the thinkers like de Toqueville trying to warn us in advance of what may come. If our Republic is to endure it requires individuals stepping outside the "comfort zone" of establishment (social media) and creating new places to congregate. Thank you.

That's why I disagree with it. Children were off limits for a reason. They couldn't control the choices of their parents - including the choice to run for office. Kids should remain off limits regardless of parental political affiliation. But, the left didn't just cross that line they spit on it simply because of the Trump name. Barron is just another kid that happens to be in the spotlight shining on his parents (father). The press chose to focus on him, not his parents, and I don't like that.
