Opening up health care again means a lot of people are forced to get tested before they can get the procedures they were prevented from getting during the lock down of health care. They will not treat you unless you get tested in many cases.

Oh the analogy can be made and certainly some of the puppet masters want the US to descend into chaos like Germany did after the WW I armistice (with the support of Lenin, who wasn't satisfied with a Socialist government, the Ebert government but wanted a full-fledged Soviet union in Germany).
The red revolution started with the mutiny by sailors. Oh the red cells had been active for a long time. But they needed the uprising of the people to mutiny, march on the city halls, take over the police stations and hand out the weapons (AHEM!), strike, loot, burn, and take to the streets.
But the people were starving and desperate! The Allies kept up the blockade of Germany from the armistice in Nov 1918 until AFTER the signing of the Versailles Treaty at the end of June 1919. The Ebert government was boxed in. They had no choice but to sign the awful treaty, as the Allies were poised to resume the war against Germany and march to Berlin unless the treaty were signed with no changes and reservations. (Thanks for nothing, W Wilson! The 14 Points were sort of like flattening the curve.) The military advised Ebert that Germany was incapable of defense, resistance would be futile.
Ebert had to turn to the Freikorps to restore order. It was indeed a civil war. There were machine gun and artillery battles in the streets between the Red Spartacists and government forces.
But then there was the murderous inflation followed by the Great Depression. People were still hungry. (Oh the shut down tried to become another Great Depression, but President Trump wouldn't let it).
People need to stop placating the looters and rioters and burners and statue destroyers. They have no power other than the police being ordered to stand down by mayors. The American people are not starving, not desperate, will not take to the streets to overthrow the government; and the minority who are trying to do it, their funders and organizers, need to be stopped.
2020 is bad enough, but it is certainly not equivalent to 1919!

It is a clear military tactic.
Create an obstacle to trap the "enemy" in a kill zone. Then ambush / attack.
There is nothing peaceful at all about blocking a street or highway. It is a clear danger.
Any mayor / police that allow it are setting the stage for innocent motorists minding their own business to be terrorized by mobs jumping on their cars, breaking windows, dragging them out to beat or kill.
The motorists are canalized and TRAPPED. This is a military tactic and has no place on the streets of America.
So she is a mind reader too, and can psychoanalyze people en masse.
