Yes he was, as were a lot of swamp creatures. I think he is trying to rebrand himself, realizing he was on the wrong side of history...and seems to be getting a pass, which surprises me.
...and very BIG: The courts, from the Surpremes all the way down the Federal judicial ladder. This impact will last for decades into another generation. Just imagine what he can do with another term!
