he doesn't get infections any more, just constant stuffiness or draining etc (in other words the membranes are always irritated). He knows the sprays aren't good but they at least allow breathing. I read up on the surgery and when I read that it can go back to how it was, I thought well that won't work! I guess I better stock up.
He also said a bunch of stuff about Trumps skills of persuasion in oratory. For instance that he started out very bombastic but got 'saner' and quieter over time. But I think he ignored the fact that Trump is really a man of the people, and living mostly in NY you can get a certain loudmouth brusque style (I know it happened to me too). But later I think Adams realized that there was more to it, and he pretty much called Trump a genius level strategist.
early in his campaign (2015) Scott Adams did a little piece on how thinkers like Trump are way out in front of events because they can better predict and vary their path forward around obstacles. There's a name for it which escapes me. It was why Adams thought he would win.
well, hubby uses nose spray with phenylephrine HCI, it's the main one that works for him, generic 4-Way. Almost all other nasal sprays are Oxymetazoline which he only uses as a change-up as it irritates and doesn't work well. He has a badly deviated septum and chronic sinus problems. his only other option was a prescription steroid but you can't use that long term.
It annoyed me no end when managers or owners got all googly-eyed over celebs. My experience waiting tables in NYC was most were cheapskates. The star of Welcome back Kotter dumped his Canadian change (back in the 70's it was worthless) and also had me go buy him a pack of cigs from the machine like I was his assistant or something, Aretha Franklin not only didn't pay her check but didn't leave a tip either. The one exception was Cleavon Little (Blazing Saddles) who tipped me $20 for bringing him a ginger ale (he wasn't at a table).
see post by AcAirman- "Orchidectomy involves the surgical removal of the testes. It may be a radical or straightforward procedure. Simple orchidectomy is approached through the scrotum and historically has been a significant means of hormonal manipulation in the management of patients with locally advanced prostate cancer."
Synthesis is the preparation of nanoparticles to then functionalize for use in various applications. This guy was very smart if his profile is accurate, perhaps biomedical engineering specializing in imaging or something like that. Light-matter and spectra are both imaging fields. Nanoparticles can be used in tagging and labeling for imaging technologies (such as breast cancer screening).
Tips are for level of service. If you get bad service, tip accordingly. I wouldn't stiff them but if I went back, I would make sure not to sit in their section. Some of these people are just brainwashed idiots. Life will not be kind to them until and unless they wake up.
Well, the "people of color" who made a pretense of assisting me at my local best buy were incapable of properly exchanging a soda stream co2 canister for the right price, and the guy tried to tell me the price went up (to the cost of a non-exchange new one). So when I said forget it I'll just go to target, apparently that insulted him so he said 'merry christmas' lol with an attitude. whatever. not my problem you spent 10 minutes punching keys and couldn't make it work and are unwilling or unable to get someone else to help you.
actually people can and do have spontaneous remissions. people cure themselves. doctors are almost completely useless.
