I do it right now by pretending I can't hear anyone with a mask on and I ask them to speak up until they are basically shouting and then I "Okay, okay you don't need to shout".
Report it to your local police. Don't make it political just say you saw a picture of someone exploiting a child. If enough people report it maybe someone will actually do something about it.
Just someone having fun at the station. My favourite was when Fox news was talking about a terrorist attack and someone slipped in a picture of Justin Trudeau dressed like an Indian.
