As much as it appears that way, you can clearly see that the two other individuals at the top of the screen are in the same room. They're court reporter and court clerks.
Not saying he's correct in wearing a mask, but there are certainly people around him in the same room.
SCOTUS has already stated that the Constitution trumps covid restrictions based on these 1A rulings related to churches. I would imagine that a State disregarding its own laws and its own Constitution would also be struck down.
I can't believe the SCOTUS would take too kindly to the Constitution being set aside to hold an election "safely" during a pandemic.
He sounds about how I feel. Disappointed that we didn't get to end this now, but still fighting, and recognizing that nothing has really changed as to the path to victory.
I would have been awesome to have this immediate win, but there are still cases moving forward.
There's still options that we aren't in on concerning executive action. I can't imagine that pushing through civil courts is the only path.
Nothing would make me smile bigger than having a bunch of arrests come down with ties to China being revealed. The swamp is deep, but they don't have complete control.
