So we need an unspoken protocol for rallies.

If there is a trouble maker in the crowd everyone in your vicinity should surround him or her, and everyone who sees a circle forming should join and push toward the middle till the person in the center succumbs to the purely innocent and completely unpredictable mass movement inherent in large crowds.

We could call it the Scalia.

In order to prosecute Politicians or any Beaurocrat we need to have an ALTERNATE PATH TO JUSTICE - which we just happen to have, at least in Oklahoma, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Nevada, and Kansas.

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia ruled in the landmark case of United States v. Williams,

18 “[R]ooted in long centuries of Anglo-American history,” the grand jury is mentioned in the Bill of Rights, but not in the body of the Constitution. It has not been textually assigned, therefore, to any of the branches described in the first three Articles. It ‘is a constitutional fixture in its own right.’ In fact the whole theory of its function is that it belongs to no branch of the institutional government, serving as a kind of buffer or referee between the Government and the people.

Who planned it yes, but who gave the nod - Obama, Xi - Fox News knows.

Would Fox News have given the "go code", by calling Arizona for Biden if they hadn't gotten the "go" from the horse's mouth?

Hey Paul Ryan who was it that gave you the nod?

Except for those 6 States, citizens have been gaslighted into believing empaneling a Grand Jury is not one of our Rights.

But Justice Scalia says it is a Citizen's Right and is equal to the Freedom of Speech or to Peacefully Assemble, or to Keep and Bear Arms.

The least we can do to honor the memory of Justice Scalia is to get Grand Juries started in 5 or 10 Counties in each of those States to test Justice Scalia's ruling. Test it all the way up to the Supreme Court.

And if you think the Heathens are howling over Forensic Audits wait till they realize We The People have re-discovered one of our most basic, and far-and-away the most Powerful Right has been memory-holed.

In his ruling, Justice Scalia also manages to introduce the concept of Citizens "Sleeping on their Rights".

We can find some good people in any County in one of these States: Oklahoma, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Nevada, and Kansas and implore them to begin collecting signatures to empanel a Citizen Grand Jury in their County.

This is the legacy of Justice Antonin Scalia, he ruled in the landmark case of United States v. Williams:

18 “[R]ooted in long centuries of Anglo-American history,” the grand jury is mentioned in the Bill of Rights, but not in the body of the Constitution. It has not been textually assigned, therefore, to any of the branches described in the first three Articles. Critics say Hubbard has an unfair advantage, but others have argued for more inclusion at the Games.

This does not represent inclusion, it is unfair and demoralizing to young women.

Who are the people who made this decision, what are their names, is there a record of the votes?

Do these people really want to make the Games more inclusive? Or is this just another tactic to undermine Western Culture bought and paid for by your local CCP.

CCP bribing, but using American Taxpayer money, funnelled to them via crooked politicians who get 80% of whatever they appropriate kicked back to them. So they don't give a shit about your daughter's hopes and dreams or how hard and long she trained - as long as they get China to do the laundry for them.

If whoever is really pushing for this really cares about let them add a new category: Male, Female, and Transgender.

And just think what a circus it would be watching females who think they are males competing with males who think they are females. Think of the commercials.

Just look at those feral rat-cowards, never an attempt to help those two suffering people just sneak around to see if they can grab their cell phone, purse, or maybe the half-eaten chalupa on the front seat.

Notice how they aren't whining for their own class, as in male, female, transgender?

Does this mean We The People of Earth can include Google in the crimes against Humanity lawsuit and confiscate their assets in order to pay reparations to the millions who suffered and the families of the millions who died?

They might have been able to claim they thought they were doing a good deed in some twisted way, right up to when they used their powerful platform against all Humanity and de-platformed any person who tried to get the truth out to the people.

Google, the NIH, the AMA, the Association of Pharmacists, Governors, Big Pharma, the Gates Foundation, the MSM, individual billionaires, there is a lot of money out there folks, just ripe for the picken. I have read that during their covid-19 hoax they transferred billions and billions of dollars from middle-class people all over the world into their greedy amoral hands, maybe if we really work at it we can get twice that much back.

Power back to we the people

The first step in that hard road will be getting control of the DOJ/FBI.

Someone over on AT wrote:

Trust in the FBI cannot be regained until there is a reckoning. That can only come through accountability for bad actors.

https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2021/06/how_do_we_regain_trust_in_the_fbi.html

There is only one way to bring accountability to the FBI/DOJ: Go read what Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia tells us in his ruling in the landmark case of United States v. Williams, 112 S. Ct. 1735, 504 U.S. 36, 118 L. Ed. 2d 352 (1992).

Pay special attention to Sections 18, 19, and 20.

https://www.law.cornell.edu/supremecourt/text/504/36.

Justice Scalia's exact words on the Citizen's Grand Jury excerpted from Section 18:

It 'is a constitutional fixture in its own right.’ In fact the whole theory of its function is that it belongs to no branch of the institutional government, serving as a kind of buffer or referee between the Government and the people.

Is it any wonder 'they" spent decades, probably centuries, convincing us that this RIGHT is not really ours; or if it is, it is severely limited or just plain too scary for us ignorant peasants to have at our fingertips?

They would rather have us believe, as we do now, that we are at their mercy !

Promises made, promises kept !

But we do not have to wait. Go read what Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia tells us in his ruling in the landmark case of United States v. Williams, 112 S. Ct. 1735, 504 U.S. 36, 118 L. Ed. 2d 352 (1992), pay special attention to Sections 18, 19, and 20.

Is it any wonder they snuffed out the life of a powerful man who thinks like this?

Here is a summary:

"...the grand jury under our Constitution does not belong to any of the three branches of government, but instead to We the People. As a result, the citizenry are empowered to empanel grand juries, indict, try, convict and mete out sentences for those accused of crimes.

** And, is it any wonder 'they" spent decades, probably centuries, convincing us that this RIGHT is not really ours or if they do acknowledge it they say it is severely limited or just plain too scary for us ignorant peasants to have at our fingertips.**

And she just so happens to have 10 million dollars of taxpayer money handy to re-direct into anti-racism efforts where she has kick-back mechanisms in place that are so old and well-used no one even challenges them anymore.

Under that declaration, which was joined by the Chicago Department of Public Health, she announced that the city would spend nearly $10 million in coronavirus relief funds from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on anti-racism efforts.

Who would have ever thought the day would come when Texas would need Florida to come to its rescue to secure our own border?

Allen West go visit the Alamo - Where was Jim Bowie from, how about Davy Crockett?

I found a list of Alamo defenders and besides volunteers from at least 20 different States, volunteers from Ireland, England, Scotland, Germany, and Mexico fought and died for Texas in 1836.

Citizens of Oklahoma, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Nevada, and Kansas, this is a good topic of investigation by a Citizens Grand Jury. Yours are the only States that haven't gutted the Constitution on the citizens right to empanel a thoroughly independent Grand Jury.

Read this Supreme Court Ruling, it is easy to read, pay extra attention to sections 18, 19, and 20.

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia ruled in the landmark case of United States v. Williams, 112 S. Ct. 1735, 504 U.S. 36, 118 L. Ed. 2d 352 (1992),

The only means we need belongs to us already - Citizen Grand Jury.

People will tell you all kinds of scary things about "runaway" Citizen Grand Juries - or tell you that their reach is limited to within the State.

They tell you that because, aside from a revolution, this is the most powerful tool We The People have.

Go read Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia ruling in the landmark case of United States v. Williams, 112 S. Ct. 1735, 504 U.S. 36, 118 L. Ed. 2d 352 (1992), - https://www.law.cornell.edu/supremecourt/text/504/36

Oklahoma, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Nevada, and Kansas are the only remaining States that allow their citizens to exercise this Constitutional Right.

Here is some of what Justice Scalia says in the ruling:

18 “[R]ooted in long centuries of Anglo-American history,” the grand jury is mentioned in the Bill of Rights, but not in the body of the Constitution. It has not been textually assigned, therefore, to any of the branches described in the first three Articles. It ‘is a constitutional fixture in its own right.’

In fact the whole theory of its function is that it belongs to no branch of the institutional government, serving as a kind of buffer or referee between the Government and the people.

Nowhere in Justice Scalia's ruling could I find a sentence that declares that empanelling a Citizen Grand Juries is a Right only if the individual State approves, or that the Federal Government is immune to an investigation by a Citizens Grand Jury from any County in any State.

And perhaps the "scary runaway" Citizens Grand Jury was only following a line of evidence that got a little too close to uncovering the corruption of a local political machine.

Please, someone in one of those States, think up one subject which you know All Americans would like to have investigated, like perhaps "Who told the States to stop counting votes on election night", then write a petition and go get signatures. Every State varies in the small percentage of county residents needed to sign the petition. Then present the signed petition to a County Judge and YOU'RE IN BUSINESS. Once you have the Citizens Grand Jury you can look to Justice Scalia for guidance:

19 The grand jury’s functional independence from the judicial branch is evident both in the scope of its power to investigate criminal wrongdoing, and in the manner in which that power is exercised. “Unlike a court, whose jurisdiction is predicated upon a specific case or controversy, the grand jury ‘can investigate merely on suspicion that the law is being violated, or even because it wants assurance that it is not.’ It need not identify the offender it suspects, or even “the precise nature of the offense” it is investigating. The grand jury requires no authorization from its constituting court to initiate an investigation, nor does the prosecutor require leave of court to seek a grand jury indictment.

Go Read and then debate among your friends to find a simple yet universal question - then ask all of us for donations to help you test Justice Scalia's ruling in Court.

You will be swamped with money, but you will also be swamped by the swamp.

Currently Blacks and Gay are the biggest domestic threat to America.

The biggest threat to America is the Deep State and the corrupt, self-serving politician who serve it and endlessly lie to us.

Ambitious, corrupt, politicians who would cede to the Deep State your firstborn child - for the slightest increase in their power.

They are radical "journalists," "teachers' & "professors" who do nothing but sow division between the American people.

And they don't do it out of a misguided moral stance, they do it for grubby money

They take money from the Chinese Communist Party to betray the people who look to them for truth.

Good point. Where are the Rs!?

Republicans have always betrayed us and they have always survived.

They think they will survive this and they think they will survive the Merrick Garland and his DOJ using their phoney, but well-planned and well-orchestrated "White Supremecy Terrorist" lies to hunt us down and kill us if necessary.

Which is more likely?

she is a pedophile

  • or -

to keep herself young, she uses adrenochrome taken from babies and children tortured mercilessly and horrifically to produce adrenochrome. Then at the peak of the infant terror, he/she is killed and the adrenochrome is collected or maybe it is more effective to harvest the adrenochrome while the infant is alive and at peak terror.

And then what does she do with it? Spread it on her face? Eat it?

We call our US Senators and Congress members and start making them some promises.

Do they really think they can stand around while American Citizens are first lied about and then shot at, and emerge unscathed?

It is bad enough that they sit with their fingers up their and each other asses while American Citizens are held in solitary confinement and beaten regularly.
