The media has some terrible news about a totally real and accurate report from Australian Maj Gen Justice Paul Brereton, who is investigating war crimes by Australian soldiers in Afghanistan.

Creating a multi-media platform where conservatives and nationalists – Trump in fact referred to himself as a nationalist early on in his first term – can speak freely and from which the President can continue to reach his base, will not only be profitable financially, but enable Mr Trump to remain in the spotlight ahead of a potential 2024 White House bid.

“I think every option is on the table for the President to launch both a social media and traditional broadcast media company, to him announcing he’s running for president the day he leaves, is in the cards,’ said a Republican official who has taken part in meetings with Trump campaign advisers.

In fact, it was reported by the UK’s Daily Telegraph print edition that President Trump held a meeting with key campaign advisers a few months back, where the team in fact discussed the technology needed for a conservative version of Twitter and how the actual platform behind Twitter would be easy to mimic.

With a small investment of a few million dollars (remember Twitter was launched by students on a shoestring budget. How hard can it be to copy that?)

The Ohio House of Representatives passed Wednesday House Bill 612, which prevents Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine or the Ohio Department of Health from shutting down businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The bill passed with a 75-11 vote.

H.B. 621, also known as the Business Fairness Act, was introduced in May by Reps. Shane Wilkin and Jon Cross, both Republican members in the House.

The bill will now head to the Senate.

DeWine says he will veto (and makes a poor excuse for why that's necessary) but the important part is that the people are ready to take action at all levels.

“The Citizenship Clause of the 14th Amendment was clearly intended to guarantee that emancipated slaves would properly be recognized as U.S. citizens,” said RJ Hauman, government relations director at the Federation for American Immigration Reform. “It is a fundamental misapplication of this clause that U.S.-born children of illegal aliens are granted automatic citizenship, much less the offspring of people who come here to simply give birth on American soil."

“If the president finally issues a long-awaited executive order limiting birthright citizenship, it will be up to the Supreme Court to resolve this issue once and for all,” Hauman added.
