I was having an argument with a friend, he really believes bots are causing this. I had to explain to him the technical challenges of CONSISTENTLY adding views and downvoting videos over the course of two years. The cost would be astronomical, when it would be cheaper just to bribe Google to do it for you but even then they are too lazy to do that. Yes, there are many videos out there with artificial views from bots, but it gets very expensive to do this over and over again even if you have a lot of money.
