Pardoning Assange was free money on the table. It would have catapulted his "patriot party". Not pardoning him is a completely idiotic move. Many on here won't realize that because they don't understand that this movement started long before Trump, and the base has always been very close to Assange.

Traitor? No I guess not. Weak? For sure. He had the chance to pardon Assange but chose not to. Why? Because Mitch said "no"? The standard for the MAGA-movement to drain the swamp has grown pathetically low. I still hold Trump to be the best president in generations, but he was also below my expectations.
