The only thing I can think of is that if the DOJ were investigating he isn't supposed to talk about ongoing investigations. Also, it could give the appearance of weaponizing the DOJ against a political opponent. That being said, he should have just kept his mouth shut or resign if he isn't up for the job. Also the DOJ doesn't investigate election fraud, the DHS does.
I think they have to take them to court.

I love Nash economics. I agree but with option C it's going to take a lot of political or judicial courage. I can only hope that the right people are up for doing what is not only just but imperative to save our country.

Discovery means that both sides have to reveal witnesses and evidence that will be introduced at a trial. They can depose witnesses, under oath. That means the voters would have to turn over all of the voting data to prove Pres. Trump violated their rights. When they do that all of the fraud would be exposed. Not only would they lose but it could lead to all of their votes being tossed by the court and Trump would win Michigan.

This goes to the canvassers from the other night. Even though they gave in because of the threats and if the certification holds up (it shouldn't) it goes to the state canvassers. The state canvassers are also 2-2 Rep / Dem. So if they refuse to certify- they should-then it then goes to the MI Legislature. They can re-file a lawsuit or new lawsuits based on newly discovered material.
She's a personal injury lawyer, I think. I believe by doing this it will be grounds for the courts and legislature to step in and either refuse to certify, throw out the ballots or force them to allow observers. She is terrified of the truth being found. She's an obvious bitch.
