It has one (presumably) Chinese guy speaking in (presumably) Chinese about the downfall of the U.S. Can any Chinese-speaking pede corroborate that this is what he's saying? Is he flagrantly flaunting this, confident that no American one will understand and catch on, or is he giving a warning? Sorry if this is a stupid question. I can't tell which as the video gives no context, and I don't know whether the guy speaking is pro-CCP or anti-CCP.
