Use GAB offensively. Take the discussion to enemy websites by posting dissenter comments on their URLs. They can't censor dissenter comments, can't ignore them forever, and can't resist the temptation to read them. Post screenshots of the dissenter comments everywhere, so the people know where to look for the conversation.
Focus the attack. There needs to be dozens, hundreds of comments on a URL to create at first the appearance, then reality of intense discussion.
