This site is floating around presenting itself as a pre-registration for Trump’s new social media service. I would avoid it. The terms of service and privacy policy are not established and the domain registration has no contact info. They’re asking for your preferred username, name and email. Nope.

Haven’t seen it here but I got an inordinate amount of messages from fellow pedes today with links and chatter about how Trump is about to pull the lynchpin on all these arrests which will result in martial law being declared. The narrative is that all of this social media silencing is a scrambling of the left to break down communication about what’s about to transpire.

Anyone buy into this?

This worries me most of all if true. Not that he couldn’t afford private security, but still. I hope this isn’t part of the motive.

A former colleague of mine made a blanket statement that “All Trump supporters are racist.” After wasting my breath trying to explain that was an incredibly unfair and inaccurate statement, she continued to accuse me of being a racist for this sole reason (meanwhile, having known me, would certainly never say this about me had they not known my political affiliation).

Anyone else have to deal with this absolute nonsense? I would imagine so. It really infuriated me and it took a lot for me to just “walk away” (this was on the social virus otherwise known as Facebook). I’ve learned trying to reason or educate these people is a waste of time.
