On a different note -- to my knowledge, there has been NO confirmation that Trump ordered the NG to protect the Inauguration -- so it would have been the DC Mayor, who initially requested them for the 6th, but then didn't use them and didn't even cover the Capitol with the ABUNDANCE of Capitol Police literally available for THAT purpose

The National Guard soldiers who were questioned about their political leanings should go talk to civilian lawyers and be firm with them because their loyalty lies with other lawyers and that's most of our government now.

While you give up many individual rights in the military, there is NO reason for you to be politically discriminated against. Pure and simple they violated your Constitutional Rights and it doesn't t matter if the SecDef comes out and defends these actions as normal, it is NOT their right -- they violated YOUR rights!

You lose a lot of rights in being able to sue the Government, but THAT does not entail the Government being able to trample your Constitutional Rights. So SUE the fuckers -- especially when its clear you were used just for a PR stunt by the Dems. NO JURY WILL SIDE AGAINST YOU!
