They'd still say that minorities can't find the DMV even though where I live they all happen to be in minority neighborhoods and I tend to be the minority when I go inside.
Barkley is a smart guy. Too bad there aren't more like him in sports.
They already do. I think that was part of the Coca-Cola SJW course
Whenever I can get what I need on DDG and I need to resort to Google I usually !g so I can't recall the last time I've paid attention to their dumb doodles... But this doesn't surprise me.
Chase is a tough one because of convenience and because in general banks are scum. Are the alternatives really any better?
Pandering to blacks needs to stop. However, Hispanics continually grow, don't block vote as much, and due to their higher degree of observing more traditional values could be an easier block to bring over. The thing is appealing to them is easier if you just push anti Communism and show them how evil and demonic the Left is. Not much more should be needed if we communicate effectively with them.
Except Easter is English and most other languages take the word from the Hebrew for Passover.
Nothing new for the English.
AOC and her ideas need to be destroyed before she gains real power. Right now she's a bit of a sideshow, but she also has a bit of a following that we don't need to see grow into a terrible nightmare.
People can call her a moron if they want, but she seems to be smart enough to know how to market herself to the younger generation and that makes her a threat.
I haven't really watched much sports in a couple years now, maybe longer. You won't miss it after a while. Now I just read a little news about the teams I followed here and there, maybe check the scores, and that's it.
How come France can be so based in cases like this and yet so cucked in so many others?
That's what I was about to say. I'd imagine that asking for someone's sexual orientation is against some sort of privacy law.
Baseball is the most boring sport in existence, I'm not sure how people can watch it.
Biden's day is probably just signing papers and people trying to drill what he's going to say on his next interview into whatever is left of his brain. I don't imagine that he does much else.
Maybe that was her intent, but she sure didn't sound like it.
You tend to wonder what the intention behind pushing the vaccine so hard. I assume some people truly think it's to cure this so-called plague, but we know from their actions that they don't view it this way.
So I either have 4 choices (or a combination thereof):
-
to view the vaccine itself with skepticism,
-
to view this all as a show of government control over the people,
-
to use this as a test to see how much compliance they get (and who doesn't comply),
-
A pure cash grab for the elites where more vaccinated people = more money.
You also have to figure that the original thought was for Washington to be king. Now imagine a system where the king would have all of the powers of the president, but have them for life while Congress and the Courts provide the checks and balances. Obviously, certain aspects would have to change a bit, but it would have been an interesting system.
Succession could be done in two ways. One is just plainly through lineage, but one can also argue for a Roman style where the monarch adopts someone who they feel will do the job well and groom them to be ruler.
Right. Real communism has never been tried because it goes completely against human nature. We can never get to that point and all of the intermediate steps are nothing but tyranny.
That depends, the trades can be a solid career choice and with the expansion of online businesses, people can use their talents to create a steady business.
For most white collar jobs it's true though. That said, that's more of an issue with the corporate culture and its value of degrees that do absolutely nothing to make someone a better candidate for a job. In fact, the average person at any company can probably credit their university studies with almost 0% of what they actually know for their jobs especially as they progress through their career.
My thought is that the universities in general in bed with the major corporations to ensure the gravy train keeps rolling.
Not all monarchs are tyrants, in fact there have been many fantastic kings throughout history who have done great things for their people. We've seen that a republic can still impose tyranny upon its people when it becomes corrupt. I'd also argue that a good monarch can clear out the trash much more easily than in our system.
All systems have their merits and shortfalls. I'd say that history shows that no single form of government is perfect or is worth having forever. They do better to evolve with the state of the people.
A republic only works if you have a population with a solid moral compass who isn't afraid to kick the shit out of their leaders when they get out of line. We're far from that. Instead, the people are falling further down the hole of debauchery in their excesses while the leaders gain more power feeding off the power of corporations and others of great influence.
because for real Communism to actually happen it would require everyone at the top to give up their power and money. List me the amount of people who would willingly do such a thing and even if you can mention a few who would, the majority won't. So if a few do it, someone else will fill the void.
What's better is that Communism actually REQUIRES a dictatorship in order to seize everyone's assets. So anyone who is powerful who calls for Communism is really just calling for a dictatorship so they can seize the people's assets.
Good ol'general areas of interest classes. You spend 12 years in grade school and then you get to college and they have you taking more nonsense classes. Business majors taking science, politics, literature, history, and other such things... why? All the years I learned about those subjects in grade school wasn't enough?
College should just be 100% focused on your major with the only side classes being focused on augmenting auxiliary skills such as writing, problem solving, and computers (the amount of business majors who get out of school who have don't have excel skills beyond a novice are alarming). If you don't know what you want to do before you get there then get your shit together.
Glory days of Nick were definitely late 80s through the 90s. Beyond that is suspect.
Not even that, but didn't hey give her a degree in economics? Shows how worthless college degrees are.
I know of a couple coworkers who had it. Wife also had two friends, a family member, and some people her father knows. Varying levels of symptoms, no deaths from what I know.
