Palisades is in Rockland County (NW of the Bronx). Apparently she's originally from the Bronx and now lives in Rockland.

NY Italian girls have fire. It's fun to watch as a 3rd party, but scary when you're on the receiving end.

because most of us have family ties in these shithole areas and when your culture heavily revolves around family it's hard to break away.

Same. Here. Grew up in the area, never could imagine the Palisades looking like this during the Christmas season.

Trump would be more of a benevolent monarch than a pure dictator as he gives freedoms.

SNL has been trash since at least 2005. It amazes me that it still has any relevance.

The amount of leeway that China has been given over the past 30+ years would have never occurred during the Cold War with the Soviets. We need to start treating China the same.

If states don't have to follow the Constitution, does our country even exist anymore?

He doesn't have the same level of success and experience as DJT. Trump was in the public eye for decades, he mingled with everyone, knew it all going in. He rose to the top, dealt with hardships, and came back again. The guy did it all.

Trump also has a presence that I don't see from his children. He's the all eyes on him when he enters the room type of guy. He's also the type of guy who can talk to anyone and win them over with ease. Does Don Jr. carry that same weight? I don't feel it when I hear him talk. His kids seem like good people, but they aren't DJT.

Honestly, I have no clue who I like in 2024. 4 years is a lot of time for stuff to happen in this world and for someone to step up. If you would have told people in 2012 that Trump would lead a conservative populist movement and win in 2016, they'd probably say you're crazy.

That's the problem with buying coffee online in general. Better to find a local roaster where you know for certain that it will be fresh. If you find someone a little more expensive, the lack of paying for shipping may make up for the difference.

It's a shame because Trump's presidency could have had a lot of great comedy if they knew how to make light of him instead of just brainless libtard bashing.

He's a great shit poster, but there's no evidence that he'd be anywhere near as good at running the country.

Proof? Seems to be owned by an American out of PA.

There's not a lot of great content out there anymore anyway. The age of hilarious viral videos is long gone. Most channels are boring now. Outside of music and political stuff I really don't use YouTube for much these days.

I hate posts like this that just are just fishing for up votes. "# of pedes who" "upvote if" etc.

I recall hearing that therapeutics were majorly successful. Should be the first line of treatment, not some rushed vaccine with who knows what in it.

Pro tip for those who use any kind of password manager (built into a browser or other), just open the password manager, find thedonald.win, and reveal the password.

You can also just go to settings, do a search on passwords, then open the password manager and fine thedonald.win in the list.

Actually it's based on the tradition that prophets would die on the day they were conceived. So since it's commonly accepted that the date of the crucifixion was around March 25, add 9 months. I believe there also used to be a belief that the world was created on that day as well, something like that.

Also, based on the solar calendar we have John the Baptist celebrated right after the longest day of the year to which the days get shorter while Christ after the shortest to which the days increase in length after. Which links in a what to John the Baptist saying "He must increase and I must decrease"

There are others traditions that relate to it, but those would have been what the earliest Christians used as a basis. It's not just displacing pagan traditions.
