I was a former HOA president. We took it over after a commie tried to pull shit like this. State laws vary so knowing what state is important however federal law prohibits the prohibition of us flags. The manner of and time of flying can be constrained to a point.
This is when you allow the legislature to send it's electors. You see they were voted in with a system which didn't include these irregularities due to covid. This would mean that the peoples elected representatives would vote and decide similar to how laws would be.
The argument I would have made there was curing and signature verification policies were not documented and well know to the public to make an informed decisions. The decision to turn signature matches off or below a 50% threshold would cause some voters to chose that easier method of verification so that we don't fall into a situation where our ballots would be invalidated.
I didn't see anything resulting from a runoff. But the general yes if it is interpreted broadly I can see where the NVRA says 30days or less but not more for the cutoff. Seems the Consent Degree defined 13days as the cutoff.
My grandfather was there as well. Have some pretty horrible pictures of bodies from kamikaze planes. He was torpedoed in the Pacific and was a POW. A great man we lost 10+ years ago. He's why I fight tyranny....because he did. He will not die in vain.
