Plaintiff's have not shown enough factual evidence based on the current laws in Pennsylvania to show there were procedural violations as far as not allowing Republican representatives in the counting rooms.

Also, I don't believe there is enough evidence to show there was a violation of the 14th Amendment Section 1 "Equal Protection Rights", to win the case.
