Yeah, the video isnt particularly graphic until you realize what you're looking at when that shot is fired. If it were daylight, dudes elbow would be an impressive pink mist.
I think there was one more pantyhead that assaulted the kid while he was down - and he's the only one to do so and not get high speed lead poisoning. Hopefully that guy realizes that and does some self reflecting. (not likely).
The timeline as best I can put together:
Shoot me nigga guy yells at people.
Shoot me nigga guy corners green shirt kid at a car lot - gets shot in the head - dead.
Green shirt kid can be seen immediately making a phone call.
Green shirt kid runs in direction of the police, gets mobbed on the way, falls to the ground.
Gets attacked by skateboard guy while on the ground, skateboard guy takes one to the chest at point blank range - he dead.
While still on the ground gets approached by the guy in the medic hat who has a gun in his hand.
Green shirt kid blows the medics elbow into orbit.
At this point the people finally leave him alone and he approaches the police with his hands up but it is unclear what happened after that because the kid eventually went home but has since been arrested.

In the second shooting, close up video above (#2), at the 2-3 second mark you can see the kid with the skateboard close in on the guy on the ground. as the kid is pulling away, the guy on the ground gets a shot off that must have gone straight to the skater kids chest. You can see him clutch his chest and fall in the background.
