Sounds like you are working wrong. Also, you are in demand, you don't need to be worked like a rented mule. You have those hours and that stress because you allow it.

And in most states if you wish to operate your gun in public you must have a carry permit and be in a prescribed scenario.

Whether you worty about work at home or not is really up to you, not the job. I see what you are saying, but after clocking out (figuratively) I may take a message from a coworker here and there, but I don't think about work at all. And similarly, with the gas station, I could get called in if someone called off. It was usually something I could turn down, but still.

I work a nice career job now and I am highly paid. I used to work at a gas station. The gas station was more stressful and demanding. Difference is that most people can work at a gas station, but few can do my current work. Supply and demand. That is also why increasing supply of low skilled labor via illegal immigration is so damaging. Drops the value of low skill labor.

I do that, but I encourage everyone to vote with their wallets. I'd prefer if all the cashiers had better opportunities, but that isn't going to happen under Beijing Biden. One walmart in my area rarely has a cashier. I don't go there anymore. I am patient enough to wait. Though the one day the only cashier was like 90 and it took 40 minutes to check out. I blame management, not the cashier.

That article is so... Insane. You have to have your head buried so far in the sand that your feet don't show to not see how adding an expense makes a mildly profitable business become a money loser. People don't open stores to lose money. If you don't turn a profit you close. Businesses like kroger don't retalitate, they just seek profit, as they should.

I think it is second only to San Francisco. Probably tied with Portland for second most liberal city.

Nah. I worked there won Trump won the election the first time. The day after, everyone walked around like their puppy was murdered. The salt was incredible. I also heard a guy say Brexit was racist.

King sooper shoppers. Or Boulderites, but that doesn't require Asian heritage. It really only requires a pulse.

One of Ilhan Omar's nephews. Very likely an immigration fraud thing going on here.

Maybe my gun was over the capacity limit then. I know there was some reason I couldn't carry. That was several years ago too. Sorry you live near Boulder.

Boulder is a big town with very restrictive gun laws. It is a haven for socialists.

If one of the shoppers was concealed carrying, fewer people might have died. That is the answer. Boulder is like a miniature San Francisco. Very restrictive gun laws. Even with a CO carry permit, you can't carry in Boulder and Denver proper. These things don't happen where people are allowed to carry.

It wouldn't be a donation if he did.

I actually don't have much issue with this. He gave away the body. At that point, he had no say in how it would be used. If they removed the brain, they have no use for the rest and can fund a bit more research. And testing on real flesh with bones is different from ballistic gel. It would be a little fucked up to shoot a dead grandma though.

Anyone else find it ironic that the chief diversity officer wishes to make them more uniform by rooting out people in the minority. Just ideologically, not racially.

I believe using "most recent" instead of last may have had more impact.

Well it was always Mr. Trump while he was in office. It took them 4 years to admit he won 2016, maybe in another 4 they'll admit he won 2020 too.

Alternatively, if you got the vaccine and had no antibodies and got a negative result, would that prove the vaccine is not effective? I don't know if the vaccine is intended to lead to antibodies or not though.
