China and India will be able open as many factories, processing plants and etc as we're meant to close. Its not going to do anything to reduce carbon emissions. It just cripples us. So there goes our energy independence (not to mention the jobs and families that will be effected.) Plus our power grid will become be 3rd world status. Unstable with rolling blackouts. Been paying attention to whats happening in Comiefornia with their "green energy plan?" Thats going to be the entire country.
That doesnt even get into our financial obligation. Were going to be responsible for paying for other (mostly 3rd world) countries green energy initiatives also.
