My grammar and typing got so much better by arguing with people on the internet years after graduating. I don’t know how, but I’ve been getting 12/9s on standardized tests since I was a freshman, despite not knowing your vs you’re, its vs it’s, and so on.
I went in looking for a small revolver and got this instead. It’s the anti snag version. It’s a pain to take down and get leverage on the slide catch due to its anti snag features. Feels great though. I prefer it to my baby glock for concealing and it fits better in the hand.
Still want a revolver though. Guess I like the idea of not leaving brass all over the place, in Minecraft.
Just start an initiative accusing everything that requires an id as banning black people. Be relentless and go viral.
“Why are black people banned from the library?!”
“Wells Fargo prevents black people from opening accounts!”
“Biden administration blocks black veterans from receiving healthcare at the VA.”
“Black unemployment and poverty increasing under Biden admin.”
Either it’ll be so successful that they get rid of ID for everything, or some brains might grow a new wrinkle.
And everyone at the VA that isn’t a doctor. I thought about applying as a way to continue serving, but they only hire black people. “Sorry to interrupt your loud conversation about getting your hair did, but can I check in for my appointment?”
My work is going full in with the DEI thing. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Had a zoom meeting last week with all the store managers and admin. They butter you up with things that sound fair to anyone that was raised to be colorblind and not care what people do in their bedroom, but then boom... let’s stereotype all white people, especially straight white males, as inherently privileged and drenched in original sin! Have black friends? Not good enough. Hired a transgender person? Not good enough. Grew up in poverty far away from public transportation? Not good enough. You’re still a straight white male.
They can have one. Got nothing else to live for.
