Of that 1700 responses they only got 30 people to sign a legal affidavit affirming what they said... There is no telling which response they are legally affirming. If you assume uniform distribution then only around 10 people are willing to affirm they requested, filled out, and returned a ballot that was not counted. He isn't very clear on this point...
10 people after starting with a pool of hundreds of thousands potentials and hundreds of thousands of dollars spent... 10 people after combing through 100K+ phone numbers trying to get a hold of people isn't going to amount to anything...

There was no control (he should be comparing it to the failed return rate of democrat and independent voters as well as first time and regular ABS voters), there was no validation as to whether each person's vote was counted or if they actually did send in the vote, and he hasn't addressed sampling or response bias in his phone poles.
