I think the only time a sex scandal removed a Democrat from office in recent memory was when Al Frankenstein resigned, and that was only because his party was piling on harder than the Republicans.
My guess is they’ll still be running against Cuomo. He’s been treating it like he’s just a bachelor hitting on chicks and they’re misinterpreting his “normal” advances as a man. It doesn’t help when women accuse him of “impropriety” because he put his hand on their back. It waters down the claims of the women he actually put in uncomfortable situations.
Don’t underestimate their desire to do this to themselves too. Step one: hire woke marketing director. Step two: woke marketing director doesn’t like some of your sponsorships, but contracts need cause to terminate. Step three: manufacture cause.
That’s why the fold so quickly, because they’re also that Twitter user with more cats than followers.
It isn’t just an authority figure saying it though, he’s also being backed up by every major institution and media outlet. How would normies know the truth when nobody is giving it to them?
In the past our media provided the necessary pushback, which is why during this pandemic the narrative keeps changing, because there’s nobody to call them out on it.
If anything, it proves that if we don’t do something about the media we’re going nowhere fast. It’s extremely difficult to compete for mindshare with mass propaganda feeding the population bullshit.
Except he’s not. Corey Feldman has made a cottage industry out of his molestation claims, and even he said that Neverland Ranch was the only place in Hollywood he ever felt safe. Him and Macaulay Culkin both. And they both practically lived there at times. They both said he was an overgrown kid who never laid a finger on them.
Feldman loved MJ so much he even adopted his persona and was the “Mini MJ” for years.
Michael’s only mistake was settling with the first kid’s family to just make it go away, and that opened the floodgates to all this other stupid bullshit.
If that’s what America First means, he’s not gonna have many people joining. I’m not gonna trade left-wing censorship and persecution for right-wing censorship and persecution. I already lived through that once, and it’s just as awful as what we have now. Because once again, they’re doing it to us for our “own good.”
You’re completely ignorant of how government works, and then you fault him for your own ignorance.
You know that little filibuster thing? The Democrats used it his entire Presidency. Nothing got through the Senate except for stuff that couldn’t be filibustered. That’s why he had to do everything via EO, because nothing was ever getting through the Senate.
Also, the swamp had to approve of every one of his appointees. You can’t fault him for choosing piles of shit when he only had piles of shit to choose from. Nothing else would get past the swamp’s gatekeepers. The only time he could get based people was as advisers, or when he’d appoint them to temporary assignments that weren’t subject to Senate approval.
I ended up having to go back to the Mach III after trying a few other brands. My beard is like shaving a wire brush, and the spacing on the other blades wasn’t wide enough, so I was getting gnarly razor burn whenever I shaved.
I’m one of those people who only shaves once a week though, and a razor blade will last me a couple months, so they’re not making much off me anyway.
The Schick 4-blade razor was the worst performing for me, but my wife has super fine hair and loves it.
I might have to give those a try. I already use their shaving cream.
