Don't be a doomer. The TX case literally didn't exist a few days ago and wasn't part of the Trump legal strategy. It would have been nice to win but the fact it was tossed doesn't change what Trump's team was working on prior to this case. IANAL but it seems that until states send electors that vote based on fraudulent voting then no actual "harm" has been committed. Legally, the state legislators have to have a chance to remedy the situation before they can be sued for damage. Once, electors have voted the real legal fireworks will fly. Just have patience.
