You're creating a false dichotomy where we either vote and trust the system, or we don't vote and work on alternatives. I'm saying we vote AND we work on alternatives. Two things can be true at the same time.
Voting isn't like planting a tree in sand, our 2020 votes didn't amount to nothing. Yes, they stole the election but our votes forced them to steal it in such a sloppy way that they now have to claim that Biden got more votes than any other president in history. Our votes made it so millions noticed that the election was being stolen. Our votes had conservatives pick up seats in the house. It wasn't all for nothing and abstaining from the process guarantees us nothing moving forward. We can and should be doing much more but we can do every single one of those things and also show up to vote.
If our options are to take to the streets OR stop voting then maybe you would have a point.
However, conservatives are not taking to the streets so just saying "don't vote" and then having us sit on our butts is not a logical alternative. If blacks stopped voting and didn't protest in the streets they wouldn't have made any progress then either.
We need a RULE on this forum against telling people not to vote.
I get it, we all know we got robbed in 2020. It was BS across the board. However, not voting is never ever going to be the answer. Not voting makes the steal even easier, it makes cheating in an election a breeze. Yes, the GOP is full of RINOs and has huge problems, but democrats are even worse. Primary the RINOs and get this country back on track, you simply won't ever get there without voting or telling people voting is pointless.
"A form of reparations" is infinite. As retarded as reparations are as an idea, the whole point is a one-and-done payment to level the playing field. The rhetoric around reparations taking a form means that while people will be taxed indefinitely.
I know this is really stupid, but this is a meme we need to embrace. If you haven't seen the original video you should at least check out all of the leftists having a meltdown on twitter over this. They HATE it like you couldn't imagine because it uses their own twisted sexual identity logic against them. They desperately need you being "straight" to include being attracted to trans-whatevers in order to justify their mental delusion. The longer the super straight meme lives on, the greater they will all be triggered about it.
"Meme them until they cry... then make memes about them crying."
People here are hypocrites if they pretend that they're canceling everything they claim to be. The super bowl memes alone show that too many are still watching football and we're no different from the dummies virtue signaling on twitter if we come on .win to complain but then turn on netflix and grab the popcorn.
If there is an alternative then fine, boycott one and give your money to the other. There is no disney+ alternative for those that use it. The best we can do is have one foot out the door and be ready to leave when something for conservatives actually exists. Even then, how many have actually watched Run Hide Fight? There's hatred for Shapiro because he isn't 100% pro Trump, but I'm telling you that if we boycott every little thing that doesn't bleed orange then we're going to be alone in this fight. Be realistic.
Serious question, why are we getting mod stickies on Tucker Carlson?
I get that some people still choose to listen to Tucker and that's fine, but does it need an extra bump of promotion here when the overwhelming amount of us feel that Fox News stuck a dagger in Trump's back? We'd feel the same way about Newsmax being stickied so where's the logic here?
"Do I really need to watch the entire 46 minute video?"
Yes, you seriously do. There aren't very many videos as important to watch from start to finish in the way that this one is. This has the potential to save your life and it should be shared with friends and family members as well.
Democracy is cringe, read some Aristotle. - John Doyle.
Thank you for providing such detail. I am a man of faith, my wife and I are both Latter-Day Saints (but we do not support RINO Romney). The church is a very big part of our daily lives even though we have to sign up a month in advance for Sundays.
Obviously at this point you're just not listening. I've told you already we can do both but you aren't paying attention and you just want to keep pretending that it has to be A or B instead of A+B so this is the last exchange I'm going to have with you on the topic.
Stating that voting isn't enough isn't the same as stating voting is pointless. We agree that it takes more than voting but what you haven't explained (and probably can't) is that we lose absolutely nothing by continuing to vote.
