You will have to forgive some of us pedes for being sceptical. We have been subsisting on a diet of "IT'S HABBENING" for many years now, and we have found the nutrition level to be... lacking
That's not to say that nothing is happening, just that we have eaten this meal before, and it has left us wanting.
This is true. If I were his neighbor, I would help him protect his family and property. I am not in a position to offer financial help.
And, more importantly (I believe), we are at war not with flesh and blood but with the rulers and forces of this world. Spiritual warfare. It is in that battle that I can offer my time and energy.
I entirely agree with you, but physical defense is not the only way to help.
Gotta make it a two panel, with this on top. And this on bottom:

Signifies a seemingly harmless piece of info that opens the floodgates to massive realizations.
(Just my opinion)
I apologize, I am here in good faith. My problem is how to reconcile the idea that God does not love everybody, with
- Romans 3:16 (For God so loved the world...)
- 1 John 2:2 (He is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the sins of the whole world.)
- Romans 5:8 (but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.)
- etc... Your post seems to imply that there is a specific group of people that God created so that He could hate them. (please correct me if I'm wrong about your intent). That doesn't line up with my understanding of God's love.
From the article:
"Still, the pandemic delayed the closing of a planned sale of Kushner's stake in Cadre. A 2019 financial disclosure form by Kushner, the son-in-law of President Trump and a senior White House adviser, indicates his stake is worth up to $50 million.
Williams told CNN Business that the sale is still being finalized and Kushner has not been involved in Cadre, even as an adviser, since 2016. "We've had a pretty strict firewall," Williams said."
Please pass my comments along to your daughter:
- A+ on the overall effort. Takes a lot of guts to out yourself out there like this. Ignore the haters!
- Great use of different locations. I liked the contrast of inside verses and outside nighttime refrain. Great for continuity of the story.
- Lip syncing was actually pretty good. I could tell that the "singers" weren't just going through the motions.
- Camera angles were great on the shots in the street, and getting out of the car. Provided an interesting visual engagement with the audience.
- The girl in the street who seemed unsure of herself actually added to my enjoyment. I like that no one took themselves too seriously. Main dude was a obviously not a gangsta, and it was awesome!
Ways to improve:
- Lighting. Try to make sure faces have enough light to be seen well, even if the background is dark.
- I could nitpick the lyrics, but it's a school project so who cares! Good incorporation of necessary terms, maybe try to fit the rhythm and rhyme of the music a little closer?
- I really can't think of much else. I thoroughly enjoyed this!
(My Credentials - former drama student, lead in high school senior musical, actor in numerous plays and musicals in college and community theater. )
No. He's saying that the specific EO's issued pertaining to the election were unconstitutional. Because they are. Because the Constitution gives that specific power to the state legislatures.
And in this case, Trump's EO covers... Foreign Policy! Which, according to the Constitution, lies fully within the purvey of the Executive Branch.
So you see, it's not that EO's are unconstitutional, but they can be used unconstitutionally.
Your daughter will know your father through you. What you tell her, and how you treat her. And you get to choose all the best parts of your dad to show her.
