However, while growing up was only allowed to game after all the work and ranch chores were done. Hope you younger pedes are all following that same discipline. I still love games, I've only found that these last 9 months have given hardly any times for games. Hell I even quit drinking Bourbon my fav!

scaling benefits as public cloud.
Unfortunately I've been in this industry long enough to know those talking points are complete crap. The only benefit hybrid has is to shift workloads back and forth on/off prem. If a company valued any kind of data integrity why would you do this ? I'm an old school guy. If you cannot do this or anything you are thinking of on prem then your budget isnt in the right place and secondly the public cloud isn't going to solve your performance problems for lack of budget or be a band aid for security or data integrity because your handing it over to someone else.

Not gonna happen at least not right now. All big tech providers are pushing for public cloud. They don't want companies hosting their own data in private cloud or on prem. The minute any competitor comes up on market either near IPO or shortly after IPO phase they get scooped up from the valley. This is about control of companies data.
Hilarious, come straight out the gate with the attacks. I've lived a short portion of my life there when I was younger and it was a Red State. I still have immediately family out there, all Ranchers and no they don't live in Denver, as I didn't previously either. Everyone knows Denver isn't Co you'd be stupid to say it was and nowhere did I imply that. Some of the surplus tax has gone to helping certain jurisdictions while others have seriously suffered. There are also some major problems with infrastructure in some of the areas out there. But what the hell I know, just a from a family Ranchers, country folk making an observation.
