From what I understand, the treaty says that the State of Oklahoma does not have jurisdiction to prosecute. The Tribe can prosecute, and the Federal Government can prosecute, but not the state. Is this a correct assessment?
You seem to be confused about what is getting banned. It's not the account that is banned. It's not a comment or a username that is banned. It's you. You are banned. But the only way to enforce that is by banning the account.

So this is actually quite brilliant when you think about it. Is Kanye really trying to be President? Don't know, don't care. What he WILL accomplish is getting young black voters to take a look at Republican policies, and start to ask why the Democrats aren't getting them any results.
Trump and his Patriots in the DOJ don't give a shit about these chodes. They will get the proverbial slap on the wrist, but only after they agree to squeal on whoever gave them the marching orders. If they can roll over on someone they'll get a deal.
Remember, this isn't about some Marxist college dropouts. It's about treason, and money. I have faith that the hammer will drop, and drop hard, once enough of these lowlifes find themselves in front of a Federal Judge and start ratting out everyone they can.
This is the ideal legal outcome, but so the worst possible social outcome. If these officers get acquitted, the riots will be devastating.
