I don't think most people should take the vaccine. I think the reason so many people have had bad outcomes with this virus compared to influenza is that so many people have chronically low Vitamin D and are obese.
The inflammatory condition of obesity and the vitamin deficiency that limits the maturation of B cells could be fixed with supplements and exercise -- something none of the actual shills will tell you.
That was not using mRNA - it was a normal vaccination strategy with attenuated virus. I also saw another study that did it with mRNA - but with virus including the capcid. This build everything except for the parts of the virus responsible for packing the replicant viral genome into the new particles.
This had the effect of antibody dependent enhancement of the virus. Antibodies would make it easier for the virus to infect in the future --- which is similar to Dengue fever.
The mRNA in the current vaccines is coding only for the spike assembly. No capcid or other parts of the virus are included. This would allow the immune system to only focus on the receptor - not on the side features of the virus.
The problem comes with over recognition combined with the enhancement. The bodies immune system goes nuts and starts creating antibodies that are so close to self with the normal vaccine strategy that the cytokine storm and associated inflammation kill the host. But since the antibodies created are not necessarily tuned to the spike complex - they do not gum up the receptor - leaving it free to infect.
That should be unlikely with the current strategy. It might be more likely for people that have natural infections without any previous vaccine exposure - to have ADE related long term infections and associated malaise.
OK. The Flynn effect only goes so far. I get that you want it to be true that there is no genetic correlation - but even when you look at blacks in Western Counties - you get the same result. You can even separate them by socioeconomic status and only look at upper class black folks ---- same result.

All proteins are folded. Prions are proteins whose folding conformation creates the wrong shape - but whose misfold can then influence chaperone proteins to cause other sequences to also misfold. This creates proteins that can be non-functional and which need to be cleaned up by housekeeping proteins - which can cause the cell to be killed over time. If the prion creates a beta-amyloid sheet - the misfolded protein can cause massive ribbons of a virtually indestructible material from the cells point of view - that can destroy a cell.

Nonsense. They are a natural occurrence. mRNA is a code sequence. If it codes for a protein that can have multiple conformations - then you could say the mRNA sequence codes for a prion. But that does not necessarily mean that the folding conformation is wrong.

You have to be more specific. Every cancer is different and has different etiologies. If you have a cell that is coinfected with a retrovirus like HPV or HIV - its reverse transcriptase might write the mRNA to the cells DNA - which is like putting a random file on your hard drive without any reference to the contents of the file allocation table. If that random insertion screws up code necessary for programmatic cell death - the cell can replicate uncontrollably and become cancer.

Don't take it if you don't want it. Encourage loved ones to make their own choices and tell them to supplement with Vitamin D and Zinc if they are deficient. Vitamin D is a rate limiter for B cell maturation and antibody production. Zinc reinforces cell membranes and makes the conformational changes in a viral inclusion have a harder time breaking through the vacuole before the virus is lysed.

They never had selective pressure to plan or to work across tribes. They never had selective pressure to think beyond the immediate future. As a result - most of them do not have the ability to project into the future and plan accordingly when a decision is necessary.
People that evolved in temperate climates that had to deal with winter generally have a more acute awareness of time and the necessity for planning. The members of the population that did not plan were killed off in the winter. This is a very strong negative selective pressure. The necessity to create structures that were sturdy enough to survive winter or structures that could float for large scale fishing - also provided a huge selective pressure. Those that could not master tool use and build sufficient shelters were killed off in the winter.
Sub Saharan Africans had no such pressure. As a result - most are not capable of functioning in a civilized society that requires things like forward planning and low time preference in order to succeed. They will ALWAYS need to be kept - like pets - provided for by others. Most of them will never even reach the point of self awareness. Most of them do not have an inner dialogue.

The cytokine storm is what causes you to feel sick when you have a cold or flu. Part of the reason why traditional vaccines don't work well for Sars-Cov-2 or other coronaviruses - or Dengue for that matter -- is that the antibodies created naturally end up stabilizing the neighboring receptors because they catch clefts between receptors in addition to the receptors themselves in normal adaptive immune responses from these kinds of viruses.
The mRNA vaccine will produce the spike complex in such a way that there is low probability that your immune system will home in on spike to spike clefts. There is a possibility that you could create autoantibodies because a B cell population matures that recognizes self - but that's also a fairly low probability event and the immune system suppresses B cells that generate autoantibodies.
But as this vaccine is basically giving you a short term autoimmune disease - I have a lot of concern about it.
I got it because my wife had to get it ( Doctor ) and I want to be dying with her if this is the first punch in a depopulation 1: 2 punch. But I don't necessarily fear it will cause alzheimer's or other long-term issues. I have no allergies and I have been all over the world. Drank muddy water in India that likely contained feces and other material. Got malaria once. But through it all I rarely ever get symptoms of anything - even malaria.
This is likely due to an immune system that does not give a shit - which is likely why most of my family dies from cancer. But - I am researching ways around that currently.
This is largely a misunderstanding of what is going on in the cells that take up the lipid rafts, the function of mRNA in these cells when they manifest spike protein and the fact that these cells are then attacked and destroyed by the immune system. This also leaves out the fact that we already have myriad proteins which can fail through conformational change errors in multiple cell types.
Prions themselves are not the problem. The real problem is if the prion cannot be denatured by the cells housekeeping enzymes and too many build up. THAT can be a problem - but its also a problem in normal cells anyway. Apoptosis happens typically when a cell's interior becomes unmanageable. But this is a problem all cells deal with.
The real issue with prions is when they contain configurations that allow them to align in a an amyloid-beta sheet. Basically it creates ribbons of these proteins ( amyloid plaque) that cannot be denatured by housekeeping enzymes. This is the case with Alzheimer's disease or with Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease. Both of these diseases have similar etiologies and both result from amyloid plaque buildup.
Incidentally - memory itself and the neuronal long-term potentiation is likely the result of some of these sorts of structures being intentionally created in order enhance discharge probability from a particular combination of synaptic inputs.
The vaccine itself and the spike proteins it elicits on the cell surface of cells that take in the vaccine lipid raft will not cause Alzheimer's and is very unlikely to cause long term impact for most people. These cells are killed by the immune system when they express spike. The vaccine lipid rafts do not have a long residence time and the specificity of the antibodies for it will give most people's immune system a heads up if they encounter wild virus.
Don't worry about "variants" or any other nonsense the media puts out. Every person has a huge population of variants because viruses are evolution as raw as possible. Most virus builds screw up - but so many of them are made they can explore a very large configuration space in parallel. Your immune system having some close addresses already in their repertoire should help them in their war of attrition.

The real thing to be concerned about with the vaccine is anaphylaxis if you have issues with allergies or chronic inflammation anyway. If you have those issues - the best thing to do is supplement with Vitamin D and Zinc if you are deficient and decrease your body weight to decrease your overall inflammatory profile.

That is not how this works. If you want anything to be taken seriously you have to be real about things.
The vaccines do not produce virus. They cause the cells that run the code to produce the receptor proteins of the virus - which your immune system then attacks.
The cells that run the code all are killed.
When you encounter a wild virus - your immune system already has a population of mature B cells that can generate anitbodies of it - and all it then has to do is spin up T cells. You might not get a cytokine reaction ( feel sick ) when exposed to live virus if you have exposure through the vaccine.
I don't trust the people that make the vaccines fully. I took it because my wife took it and I want to be in the depopulation pool if this is the game.
But you make your choice. If its above board - the technology is sound and you are going to get a small percentage of people with bad reactions. Those people would be the people most likely to die anyway from the actual virus.
I would also recommend smoking or consuming cannabis as it decreases the active number of ACE2 receptors.
To play devils advocate - any virus that coinfects a celll with HIV or another virus that uses reverse transcriptase can be written to the cellular DNA. I think its unlikely that this is the case, though.
I think its much more likely that since its spike protein is in a very novel place evolutionarily ( I think it was engineered too ) - that the immune system never really homes in on anitbodies that are highly selective. The immune system mounts a war of attrition against the virus population and they coevolve as the virus drifts the immune system also drifts.
This might mean that people with compromised immune systems or chronic Vitamin D deficiency ill have a hard time ever clearing the virus. I think that is likely the case for the so-called "long haul" patients.
I don' think protesting works or is meaningful at all. The politicians only listen to Twitter and the media. They don't seem to have the mental wherewithal to understand that these sources are compromised to the point of uselessness.
