You’re now talking about the aba accrediting law schools which is different from lawyers joining a bar association or the licensing board. There are unaccredited law schools as well that you can graduate from and take the bar in your state and become licensed. I’m having trouble understanding whether your issue is with the cost of legal education and the role the ABA plays or legal representation and the board of professional responsibility that is supposed to protect the public from ethical violations.
