That was my first thought.
And my second thought was that neither would 2/3 of Oregon.
Give them the Seattle and Portland metro areas, and a graffiti-coated, tent-filed mile on either side of I-5 in between them... and the rest of OR and WA goes into either Greater Idaho, or joins up with 4/5 of former California into the Great State of Jefferson.
