Obviously the SCOTUS will have to make a ruling. My point was that they won't be able to throw out the election results. The best they can do is kick it to the house for us.

There are two outcomes. Either scotus shrugs, and it ends there, or they invalidate results AND send it to the house.
There is no situation in which scotus directly crowns a king here. They either leave it alone or send it along.
Actually, that isn't true. Even if SCOTUS kicks the can down the road (which IMO they will do), it simply means it goes to the house for a vote.
Once the house votes, it's a true electoral college election wherein each state gets ONE vote. In such a case, Trump will win 35/50 states.
I don't think SCOTUS will have the balls to rule on this one way or the other. They hate this kind of shit. That's why sending it to the house is a likely outcome.

He makes a good argument, but I have also seen good counter arguments. It really comes down to his dataset, which is not present in his presentation.
I have no way of knowing how trust worthy this guy is. I would like to think he wouldn't tarnish his career on a whim, but who knows any more.
I don't know what to believe. All I know is that Trump is either bluffing, or has the ultimate 9000d chess move up his sleeve. We all will know soon enough. The speculation is not helping at this point.

The argument is such that Trump may have lost moderate republicans and people voted for Biden to be a lame duck rather than give Trump a super majority. That is a stupid angle, but since when, other than 2016, has America been intelligent about election choices?
On the other hand, Trump is the same guy as 2016. Anecdotally, I've only seen him become more popular. He had the highest party unity since Reagan, and was absolutely dominating in ways he failed to do so in 2016. Furthermore, it makes little sense to elect MAGA republicans to all levels of government, but not elect Mr MAGA himself.

They definitely rigged previous elections. They just didn't have to rig them to such an extent.
Until Trump, they always knew who would win. That's why elections are usually so close to 50/50. That way it's easy to give an additional 1% to either party.
The election is a pageant . The winner is agreed upon before hand and money is exchanged. It's give and take. The powers that be take turns sharing the office.
