So here's my theory on Georgia: fraud was already planned in Atlanta and maybe some other blue areas that didn't upload results on time. As election day got started, Trump's numbers were so good, they had to do something. Hence the magical "pipe burst" and other counties not uploading results, which bought time to fill out additional ballots.
Some libs claim why didn't they do this for Mitch? It only works in urban centers that make up a large proportion and have the fraud machine in place (Atlanta, Philly, Detroit).
