Thanks. He's a Trump supporter and hates the left, but his wife, my step-mother-in-law is not. I'm sure these rules are coming from her.

Question for you guys. My father in law is asking that my husband and I, and our 5 & 8 yr old daughters wear a mask and social distance if we want to attend Thanksgiving at their home. He said we can take them off while we eat and drink. Ridiculous, I know. Anyway, I don't mind social distancing, however, I refuse to wear a mask and I'm definitely not going to make my kids wear one. My husband agrees. How can I respectfully tell my father in law where I stand? TIA.
