Honestly, never. Doctors I have seen explain what is the problem but realize some of the symptoms need addressing for me so I can function and could potentially escalate.

My doctors in past have talked to me and informed me. Every new doctor I have spoken to or heard a friend talk about literally blows them off with no advice except for "let it take it's course ". No help with annoying symptoms.
