I encourage everyone to read the EVELYN FARKAS TRANSCRIPT. You will laugh. Her explanations make zero sense.
It might not be the big boom, but this does seem to contain the testimony done in the underground bunker the dems used during the impeachment inquiry. Correct? Why the mods unstickied this when the last thread on the transcripts became a joke. Nobody was linking anything and instead preferred to joke around. : /
The MARY MCCORD TRANSCRIPT goes in depth through Schiff's questioning on the timeline of the Flynn calls in January 2017. There's a few mentions of Obama with some curious redactions, but still a lot of meat to connect the dots with. I'm sure Sundance will be on it if he's not already. The most interesting stuff to read starts on page 33 imho. McCord discusses learning of the call with Kislyak through McCabe and the meetings that it spawns with characters like Comey, Strzok, Obama, Yates and Mcgahn. It also points out Obama knew of the call before the leak to the press, but I think we already knew that. It's just more confirmation.
I was able to find a more detailed context of that meeting in the white house with Obama. It's been quite awhile since this was posted but I found more context of this meeting in the MARY MCCORD TRANSCRIPT
According to McCord, she learned it from McCabe, Yates was briefed by McCord who didn't understand this conversation above and Obama knew of the Flynn phone call before it was leaked to the press. I found this information between pages 33 - 43.
Lots of interesting stuff, especially concerning the timeline, where Schiff starts questioning her around Page 33
The redactions here seem like they might have a lot to do with Obama's involvement in the whole thing. There's quite a few names mentioned including his, McCabe, Comey, Strzok, Yates, Mcgahn.
Interesting point somewhere in there (I lost where it was) was when McCord talks about the logan act and acknowledges that it hadn't been used in some 200 years, but they still thought it was appropriate to go after him with it. This may have been in the second half of Gowdy's questioning. It's quite a bit of information all around.
Lmao.
I read a bit of the Michael Cohen one, before he became a backstabber. I liked the guy representing him. Schiff and team had a lot of long winded questions about the Trump Org in Russia and his lawyer tried to get Schiff to stop asking about stuff that happened 20+ years ago.
I read most of it and it gets worse.
Just lies her ass off throughout, claiming she doesn't know anything. It was all just a hunch. That part in the interview when she states. "if they [the trump administration] knew what we [the government] knew," --- she claims they didn't know anything. Gowdy just lays into her. But then why did you say "knew" if you didn't know anything? Near the beginning, you can see how they were disseminating information trying to spread that information unclassified or not to the press. Farkas claims that she just assumed her colleagues knew how to go about that information legally. One point Gowdy asks her if she goes back to that interview today she would say she doesn't know anything and had no evidence of russia collusion and she replies: correct.
I stopped partway through the Schiff shit. She talks about her credentials with her knowledge of Russia, trying to get credibility.
Edit: Another interesting moment was when she was questioned about the delay in releasing what information she claims to not know now. She knew of Russia in July, but didn't try to get the information to congress until after the election.
There's quite a bit of stuff to unpack here. I do like how each transcript is organized, rather than having it all in one huge . . . package. sorry
For those serious about reading all this, I'll just throw out a suggestion for "sign ups".
Maybe we can discuss the content of each transcript in different threads? Or simply make a post like:
Everyone that's searching through that one can reply with the results they've found?
It's been such a long time coming, so reading this sort of jolted my memory about what went down.
Flynn was essentially targeted for doing his job as national security advisor during the transition. He discussed sanctions with the Russian Ambassador, Kislyak, in following with the new administration's plans. The Obama administration wanted to "get" him for the obscure Logan act in which John Kerry has violated numerous times . . . And now we're here.
I was just going to post this, but seeing that you already have, I don't need to. Most pedes are quicker than I.
If Sundance is correct, what we really should be seeing when Barr releases the names of officials is also the person(s) they unmasked.
