Honestly, I wasn't sure. Some people took it one way others took it the other. My thing is the Rally was with Sydney Powell and now some hit pieces came out about Wood's donations to Dems. He's saying that if they did a recount in Michigan - why would the ballots match up to the count if the ballots were double counted. We should have missing ballots compared to the count.
