There were two groups:

• Trump supporters, they listened to Trumps speech which ended at 13:10, after which they marched at least 45 minutes to capitol hill, meaning they got there at 13:55 the earliest. Unarmed and harmless, respectfully marching into the already breached and evacuated building. If anything they would "police" the agitators and stop them from causing too much damage.
